Meet The Owner
Ryan Speed is the proud owner of The Crawl Space Professional L.L.C., bringing with him a deep-rooted dedication to service and community. A former Army Infantry Combat Veteran and longtime local police officer, Ryan has spent his life protecting and serving others. After years of public service, he decided to carry that same commitment into the private sector by launching his own business. With a passion for crawl space renovation and home preservation, Ryan takes pride in helping homeowners protect their biggest investment—their home. His attention to detail, integrity, and drive to serve make him a trusted name in crawl space repair and mold remediation throughout Middle Tennessee.
Our history
Founded in 2024, our company was built on years of hands-on experience in the crawl space repair industry. Before launching his own business, owner Ryan Speed worked for several well-known crawl space and foundation repair companies, where he learned the ins and outs of the trade. Frustrated by the lack of personal care and attention often given to customers, Ryan set out to create a company that puts quality work and honest service first. Since day one, we've been committed to doing things the right way—for our clients and their homes.
